Evening primrose is a plant with yellow flowers originating from North America. In several countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Denmark, etc.) it has been deemed a good remedy against eczema. Borrage, a plant with blue flowers, is very common in Europe. Its flowers are sometimes consumed as a decoration on desserts.
The combination of these two oils with vitamin E increases the omega 6 intake and helps protect cells against oxidant stress.
